Public Notices

Registered members who undergo a Complaints and Discipline Process may be subject to restrictions, provisions, or requirements to improve their competency in counselling and work to undo any harm they may have caused through their professional work. When this occurs, the CPCA lists a notice outlining the nature of the complaint and the disciplinary action that took place.

The following notices have been provided in the interest of notifying the public and maintaining a transparent, robust, and fair complaints and discipline process.
